4 days of action and fun!

Price: $500 + taxes

From Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at Préski

2 hours of simulator skiing per day

± 2 hours of physical training and structured games

45 minutes for lunch

Supervision of kids 1 hour before and after the camp if necessary.

Maximum of 10 participants per group.

Open to skiers registered in a club.

Technical Skill Development

No experience required on the simulators.

Must be at least U12 for the upcoming winter.

GOAL: Technical improvement and mastery of the fundamentals.

Advanced Performance

Required experience on the simulators:

- Have attended the camp in 2024 OR

- Minimum of 5 hours on the simulators

All Préski skiers will tell you: the mats don’t forgive! The simulator leaves no room for error and provides instant feedback. The same flaws on snow will show up on the mat.

Technic

In a controlled environment, the athlete can focus solely on what they feel. A mirror also allows them to observe themselves and correct their technique without delay. At Préski, feedback is in real time!

We have experienced coaches with a wealth of knowledge that is almost unmatched in Quebec. They specialize in ski biomechanics, kinesiology, annual planning, and race tactics.

Repetition

At Préski, we make nearly 1,000 turns in 30 minutes of supervised skiing! A high volume in a short amount of time, which allows for rapid progress.

Increase your stability and agility in skiing. Sessions on Swiss balls and balance courses.

Speed

Develop your speed for quicker responses to terrain changes. Fun races and competitions.

endurance

Increase your endurance to stay strong and energized throughout the ski day. HIIT-style circuit training.
